Super Sync Sports is a Chrome Experiment that allows you to sync your mobile phone to your computer and use it as a game controller.
Players select one of 50 different avatars, and compete with up to 3 friends in running, swimming and cycling races : It's like a mini triathlon for your hands!
We created Super Sync Sports to encourage Chrome desktop users to discover and install the then recently launched Chrome mobile browser.
The website had more than 2 millions players syncing their phones to play, and the launch movie has been viewed 2 million times.
One of the best bit of the project was to create the quirky 50 “athletes”, we even made them star in short animated films to bring the game’s world to life.
